Welcome to WinnerDevs. By accessing our website or engaging our AI business automation, revenue operations, or digital infrastructure services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services & Engagements

WinnerDevs provides strategic technology architecture, automation engineering, CRM implementations, and digital growth services. Every formal project engagement is governed by a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, milestones, and technical parameters.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon final settlement of project fees, clients retain 100% full ownership of their custom workflows, website codebase, brand assets, proprietary prompts, and CRM databases. WinnerDevs does not claim ownership of client data.

3. Third-Party Software & APIs

Clients are responsible for maintaining active, compliant accounts with third-party software providers (including but not limited to HubSpot, Salesforce, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and hosting services) necessary to execute their automation workflows.

4. Limitation of Liability

While WinnerDevs engineers all automations with strict error handling, fallback queues, and monitoring, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party API outage damages beyond the fees paid for the specific service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing commercial business technology services.
